How many times a week do I need to use Shape Beauty device?

Yes! Our high-quality skin stimulating pads, Red/Infrared light and the vibrating motion produced by our powerful device help your skin absorb oils and lotions faster and more efficiently for faster, better, and long-lasting results.

Should I use oils/lotions with Shape Beauty massager?

Yes! Our high-quality skin stimulating pads, Red/Infrared light and the vibrating motion produced by our powerful device help your skin absorb oils and lotions faster and more efficiently for faster, better, and long-lasting results.

Can I use Shape Beauty massager on my neck/double chin?

We do not recommend using the Shape Beauty on the face, chin or neck. 

What is the best technique to use while massaging with Shape Beauty?

We recommend using the massager in a circular upwards motion in the whole target area you're massaging up to 15 minutes before moving to the next area.

Delivery

How long until my order arrives?

We ship all our orders locally from Phoenix, Arizona. We process your order within 1 business day Mon-Friday. Orders will ship by 10am. Then delivery will range by location and chosen shipping method. Typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. This depends on your location.

Can I change/fix my shipping address?

Please reach out to us as quickly as possible through chat or at support@tryshapebeauty.com. We ship orders within 24 hours and once you receive the tracking link, we won't be able to change the address, but please still contact us so we can re-ship the item once it gets returned back to the warehouse.

What happens if my order shows delivered but I do not have my package?

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or ship Internationally?

We do deliver to PO Boxes using USPS. Unfortunately we only deliver our orders within US at this time.

Can I change my order?

Yes but please contact us ASAP :) We Ship within 1 business day from the time order was placed so please message us through chat on the bottom right or send us an email to support@tryshapebeauty.com!

Where does this ship from?

We ship from Phoenix, Arizona!

I returned my order, how long does the refund take?

When you return your order, it usually takes about a week to arrive in our warehouse.

We always recommend keeping the tracking information.

Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.

What if I lost a charger or need a part replacement?

Please contact us at  support@tryshapebeauty.com with the details and we will be happy to arrange any needed replacements!

My USPS tracking says it was delivered but I do not have my item?

If the status on your tracking link states "Delivered" but you can not locate your parcel, please wait 1-2 business days - the order may arrive later. While you are waiting, please ask the members of your household and contact USPS as they will have a scan of the location the parcel was delivered at. If all fails, please contact us - and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase, we greatly value your business.
